The Art of Maheshwar — Woven in Silk
Discover our curated collection of authentic Maheshwari Silk Sarees, handcrafted by master weavers from the historic town of Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh. About Maheshwari Silk Fabric
- Lightweight & Breathable: Maheshwari silk is renowned for its feather-light feel, making it comfortable for all-day wear even in warm weather
- Natural Lustre: The silk threads lend a soft, understated sheen that catches light beautifully without being overpowering
- Distinctive Weave: Characterised by fine ribbed texture, reversible borders, and traditional motifs like rudraksha, leheriya, and checks
- Versatile Drape: Drapes effortlessly and holds its shape, making it ideal for both casual and festive occasions
- Artisanal Origin: Each saree is handwoven on traditional pit looms — minor variations in weave and colour are a natural mark of authenticity
Bagru Hand Block Print
Many sarees in this collection also feature the iconic Bagru hand block print — a centuries-old resist-printing technique from Bagru, Rajasthan. Natural dyes and hand-carved wooden blocks are used to create intricate patterns, giving each saree a unique, earthy character that no machine can replicate.
Care Instructions
- Hand Wash: Gently hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not scrub or wring

Each saree in this collection is a handcrafted original — embrace the subtle variations as a mark of its authentic artisanal heritage.
